1. About This Service

Aircon.ph is a service marketplace operated by Mr. Aircon Philippines. We connect customers with verified aircon technicians for installation, repair, and preventive maintenance services across the Philippines. We also provide educational content including brand comparisons, pricing guides, and troubleshooting advice.

2. User Accounts

To book services, you must create an account using your phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your password and PIN. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Service Bookings

  • Booking a service creates a request that is matched to available technicians in your area.
  • Service pricing is based on published rates and the number of AC units. Additional parts or services may be quoted via a service report.
  • You can approve or decline service reports before any additional work is performed.
  • Both customers and technicians must verify job start and completion through our two-way verification system.
  • Cancellations should be made as early as possible. Repeated no-shows may affect your account standing.

4. Payments

Payments are processed via GCash. You will be given the payment amount and GCash number to send to. After payment, enter your GCash reference number for verification. All payments are confirmed by our admin team before jobs are marked as paid.

5. Reviews & Conduct

After a completed service, you may leave a review and rating for your technician. Reviews should be honest and fair. We reserve the right to remove reviews that contain offensive language, false claims, or spam. Technicians are held to a conduct scoring system — poor performance may result in suspension or removal from the platform.

6. Content Disclaimer

Educational content on this site (brand comparisons, pricing guides, troubleshooting) is provided for general informational purposes only. Prices and availability may change without notice. DIY repair advice is provided as guidance only — electrical and refrigerant work should be performed by licensed technicians.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aircon.ph and Mr. Aircon Philippines shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform. While we verify our technicians, we are a marketplace and the service is ultimately performed by independent technicians.
